This website is operated by Panda Snus ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting pandasnus.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping Policy.

These terms apply to all users of the site — including browsers, customers, and anyone purchasing through our store. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform through which we sell our products.

Eligibility

Age Verification & Eligibility

Nicotine pouches are products intended for adults only. By placing an order on pandasnus.com, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age for purchasing nicotine products in your country — whichever is higher.
You are purchasing the products for personal use only and not for resale or redistribution.
You understand that nicotine is an addictive substance and that these products are not suitable for non-smokers, pregnant women, or people with heart conditions.

⚠ Age check: We reserve the right to cancel any order if we have reasonable grounds to believe the customer is underage. Age may be verified at checkout or upon delivery by the carrier.

Your Responsibility

Customer Responsibilities

When placing an order with Panda Snus, you take on the following responsibilities:

Contact & Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact information — including your name, delivery address, and email — at the time of ordering.
Panda Snus cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, any reshipment costs will be charged to the customer.

Import Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all the required permits, licenses, or documentation needed to import nicotine pouches into your country of residence.
This includes but is not limited to: valid prescriptions (where required), compliance with personal import quantity limits, and adherence to any local licensing requirements for nicotine products.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have verified the import rules applicable to your country and that your order complies with them.

Customs & Refunds

Customs, Seizures & Refund Policy

Panda Snus ships internationally from Sweden. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is subject to the customs laws of your destination country. Please be aware of the following:

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our product or shipping prices. These are set by your country's customs authority and are the customer's responsibility to pay.
Customs clearance may add extra time to your delivery. We recommend monitoring your tracking link after dispatch for real-time updates.
If your shipment is held, you may be required to respond to customs requests or provide supporting documents. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed.

No refunds for seized shipments. Panda Snus will not issue refunds or replacements for orders that are confiscated, seized, or destroyed by customs where the customer has not complied with local import laws. This includes — but is not limited to — situations where:

A valid prescription or import permit was required but not obtained by the customer.
The order exceeded the maximum personal import quantity permitted in the destination country.
The products ordered exceeded the permitted nicotine strength for import in the destination country.
Nicotine pouches are prohibited or restricted for import in that country or region.

It is your responsibility as the buyer and importer to be fully informed of the regulations that apply to you. Panda Snus cannot provide legal advice on customs matters.

Orders

Orders, Dispatch & Delivery

We process and ship orders on business days (Monday to Friday). Here's how our dispatch schedule works:

Orders placed before 12:00 GMT on a business day are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 GMT, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched on the next business day.
All orders ship from our warehouse in Sundsvall, Sweden, via DHL Express or UPS with full tracking.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion — for example, orders that appear to be for resale, or orders that exceed reasonable personal-use quantities.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Panda Snus is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. Use this to follow your parcel in real time and stay informed about any customs clearance steps.

Returns

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of nicotine pouches as consumable products, our returns policy is as follows:

We do not accept returns on products that have been dispatched, as nicotine pouches are perishable goods.
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
No refunds will be issued for orders seized, held, or destroyed by customs due to the customer's failure to comply with local import regulations (see Section 4).
If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you. Reshipment is possible at the customer's expense; a refund (minus shipping costs) may be offered if reshipment is not feasible.

Pricing

Pricing, Payments & Promotions

All prices are displayed in EUR and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of checkout is the price you pay.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders where a price was displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or typo.
Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout. Card information is always encrypted during transmission.
Promotions and discount codes are valid for the stated period only and cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.

Liability

Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panda Snus shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
Customs seizures, delays, or losses resulting from the customer's failure to comply with local import laws.
Delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing resulting from technical errors will be corrected as soon as they are identified.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.

Privacy

Personal Data & Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at pandasnus.com/policies/privacy-policy. By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of fulfilling and communicating about your order.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with our shipping partners (DHL, UPS) and our e-commerce platform (Shopify) solely for order fulfillment purposes.
