Under Australian import regulations, a valid doctor's prescription is legally required to import nicotine pouches into Australia. This is a requirement set by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) — not something specific to Panda Snus.

Prescription checklist

What Your Prescription Must Include

Your prescription must contain all of the following to be valid for Australian import. Please check your document against this list before sending it to us:

Your name — must exactly match the name on your shipping address.

Issue date — the prescription must be dated before the order arrives in Australia.

Prescribed quantity — must specify an amount. A 3-month supply is the standard permitted quantity for personal import.

Doctor's name and signature — the prescribing GP's full name and signature must be clearly visible.

We ship from our warehouse in Sundsvall, Sweden via UPS Express with full tracking. Your order is dispatched on the same or next business day after we confirm receipt of your prescription.

Prescription received before 12:00 GMT on a business day — order ships the same day.
Prescription received after 12:00 GMT or on weekends — order ships the next business day.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Delivery to Australia typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
